Written policy for returning and exchanging products

1. Returning defective products
Our company undertakes to accept returns and exchange only products that are found to be defective. The customer must check the product immediately upon receiving it and make sure it is in order. If a defect is found in the product, we must be notified within 14 days from the date of purchase.


2. Defective product return procedure
To return a defective product, contact our customer service and provide the following details:

Description of the defect in the product

Order number or invoice

A picture of the defective product (if necessary)


After receiving the request and confirming the defect by the service team, you will receive instructions for returning the product.


3. Exchange or refund
After receiving the defective product, we will offer the option of an exchange with an identical product (subject to stock availability) or a full refund.


4. Conditions for return
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the product must be in its original packaging and not used beyond the initial inspection of its integrity.


5. Return handling time
The return handling process may take up to 14 business days from the moment we receive the product.


6. Exceptions
This policy does not apply to non-defective products. Products purchased on sale or at a discount will not be exchanged or accepted for return, unless a defect is found in them.
